DIRECTIONS TO WILDWOOD TRAIL
Wildwood Trail runs north and south for 30 miles through Portland's Forest Park. The marathon clinic will access the trail via Birch Trail near the 7 1/2 mile marker. To get to the starting area, you need to get to Cornell Road. From I-405, take the St Helen's Vaughn St exit. Drive up Vaughn St to NW 25th and take a left onto 25th. Follow 25th to N. W. Lovejoy. Take a right on Lovejoy. Note the Macleay Park Audubon Society sign on Lovejoy. Veer right as it becomes NW Cornell Road. Continue up Cornell past the Audubon Society 1/2 mile to the first paved right NW 53rd Drive. Drive about 1/2 mile up 53rd to the park area with grass on both sides. From the Beaverton area take Cornell Road from Skyline down towards Portland. Take the second paved left onto NW 53rd drive and follow the directions above. Park along the road or in the parking areas north of the trailhead. Be sure your vehicle is not parked inside the fog line on the road or it may be ticketed for blocking the road.
