Participants receive our 183 page book, a personalized online interactive training plan and log, a Portland Marathon Training Clinic singlet, and email access to to our coaches for your Training and Injury Questions. Best of all, you receive all 5 of our clinic seminar sessions via narrated streaming media slideshows. The complete clinic is $90, $80 for those who already have our book.

  A fitness program to prepare beginning runners for marathon training.
  Train to run 15-20 miles per week with a 6 mile long run by April.

  A 30 week training schedule for running your first Portland Marathon.
  Prerequisite - running 15-20 miles per week with a 6 mile long run.
